At Serge Lutens, we pride ourselves on the excellence of our olfactory creations and offer a 30-day window for returning unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been unsealed or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team via the online form or email to obtain your Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully place the original, unopened product and the completed return form inside the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the exterior of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point or carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Control & Refund

  Upon receipt, our experts will inspect the condition of the seal; approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
